ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Supervision – Generally overseeing u vision operations.
Ensuring conversion of initial AVR database to useable excel worksheets for data/file cleaning.
Supervising collation of outstanding relevant corrective data
Supervision of data Input/file cleaning progression
Resolving internal and external complaints on u-Vision – billing and Customer service issues
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Quality graduate level degree
5 years relevant experiences
REVENUE PROTECTION EXPERT
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out regular investigation and detection of frauds
Analyse and review customer billing and payment profiles
Working with other functions prepare evidence for identified irregularities
Work with other teams to ascertain meter and customer compromise
QUALIFICATIONS
Quality graduate level degree in numerate areas
Skills in audit and process review
Exposure to electrical operation systems
Desk research skill
TARIFF EXPERT
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Determination of company cost of services
Design and agree appropriate tariff for each customer class
Re-Optimisation of tariff growth to maximize revenue
Working with other functions, prepare annual budget an business plans
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Quality graduate level degree in numerate areas
Advance excel skills
Background in economies of power-system
Minimum of 10 years experience in similar roles
METERING ENGINEERS
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Installing meters
Repairing faulty meters
Re-certification of metering Installations
Conducting pre-metering inspection
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Good graduate level degree and professional certification in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years experience in metering activities.
